Advance cancellations (2 or more days prior)
For cancellations received 48 hours or more days prior, I give a lot more leeway and will likely reschedule with you, especially if we have already meet before and I know this is just a one off. If you are a new client to me, I will reschedule at my own discretion. Deposits which have been paid will be refunded if the cancellation is received 7 or more days prior to our meeting. Cancellations received 2 - 7 days prior will be able to be transferred to another date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to our meeting will be non-refundable.
On the day cancellations
For cancellations on the day, I am a lot less forgiving, understandably. If we have met previously, I may reschedule with you if I know it is an isolated event and you are generally reliable otherwise. If you repeatedly cancel, I will not reschedule with you. If you are a new client, I will definitely not reschedule with you. Deposits for on the day cancellations will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances will I reschedule with you if you have simply not shown to our agreed appointment.
